About the Role

We are looking for a creative, articulate, and experienced Brand Storytelling Manager who understands how to build a distinctive brand identity through compelling content, authentic storytelling, and organic social media engagement.

This position requires someone who can independently conceptualise, plan, and execute engaging content while maintaining a consistent brand voice across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute organic social media and brand storytelling strategies.
- Create engaging content concepts, captions, scripts, reels, and campaign narratives.
- Manage content calendars and maintain consistency across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Build authentic audience engagement and organic community growth.
- Develop creative campaigns that strengthen brand recall, identity, and emotional connection.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to deliver high-quality content.
- Monitor organic content performance and refine strategies based on audience insights.
- Research emerging content formats, audience behaviour, and relevant social media trends.




- Maintain a consistent and distinctive brand voice across all communication channels.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in organic social media management, brand communication, or content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and content conceptualisation abilities.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing social media accounts and campaigns.
- Practical understanding of Instagram, YouTube, content trends, and organic audience development.
- Ability to write compelling captions, scripts, and brand communication independently.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across departments.
- A portfolio demonstrating original content, campaigns, or social media work is essential.

Important

This is primarily an organic social media, brand storytelling, and content communication position. We are not looking for performance marketers, paid advertising specialists, or candidates whose experience is predominantly in running digital advertisements.

Freshers will not be considered.
