As a BPO Executive, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls to customers, providing them with information about our services, and assisting them with their inquiries. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and promote our offerings effectively.
Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, addressing customer queries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with team members to achieve targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school certificate (HSC) or diploma is required.
