Role Description The Branch Head is responsible for leading branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at the Madhavaram location. This full-time, on-site role includes overseeing daily branch activities, managing and mentoring the local team, and implementing sales and service strategies aligned with company goals.

Head will monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintain high standards of transparency and professionalism in all transactions.



The role also involves building relationships with clients and partners, resolving escalated issues, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and local market presence.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in branch management, operations leadership, or similar supervisory roles in real estate or related sectors.
- Strong skills in sales planning, business development, and customer relationship management, with a track record of meeting growth targets.
- Ability to manage and coach teams, handle performance reviews, and foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Proficiency in using technology platforms and CRM tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on trust, transparency, and accountability.
- Knowledge of local real estate market dynamics in and around Madhavaram is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple priorities, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
