Fixed Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (variable based on experience and skills)

About the RoleJASIQ Labs is looking for a result-oriented Business Development professional who can generate quality leads and build a consistent sales pipeline for our IT and software development services.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience using platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, submit proposals, initiate client conversations, and close deals, especially with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified IT/software development leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, email, and other relevant channels.
- Manage and grow the company's Upwork profile/account.
- Identify relevant software development projects and submit high-quality proposals.
- Research potential clients, businesses, and decision-makers.
- Focus on acquiring overseas clients and converting opportunities into successful deals.
- Initiate conversations, build client relationships, and follow up with prospects consistently.
- Coordinate with the technical team for proposals, project estimates, demos, and client discussions.
- Maintain proper lead tracking, follow-up records, and sales pipelines.
- Work toward monthly lead-generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Explore new strategies and channels to acquire international and Indian clients.

- What We’re Looking For

- Robust experience in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn lead generation,



and IT business development.
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into clients.
- Understanding of IT/software development services and project requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and prepare relevant proposals.
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience dealing with overseas clients, particularly from the US, UK, UAE, Europe, or other international markets.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- A track record of successful deals, client acquisition, or revenue generation is a strong advantage.
