Role Overview

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and other menu offerings, in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Deliver a refined beverage experience that complements The Frame’s distinctive dining concept.
- Engage with guests professionally, provide beverage recommendations, and address queries regarding the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and readiness of the bar area, equipment, and service stations.
- Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of beverages and supplies.
- Handle orders, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
- Adhere to established hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service across the restaurant’s multiple floors.




- Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service delivery.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable guest experience at The Frame.

Who We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Bartender in a premium restaurant, fine-dining establishment, or upscale bar.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and other alcoholic beverages, including their characteristics and serving techniques.
- Practical expertise in cocktail preparation, classic cocktails, basic mixology, and beverage presentation.
- Ability to manage bar setup, mise en place, inventory, stock rotation, and end-of-shift closing procedures.
- Understanding of beverage menus, flavour profiles, and food and beverage pairing to assist guests with suitable recommendations.
- Proficiency in POS operations, order management, and accurate cash handling.
- Strong guest engagement and communication skills, with a professional approach to service.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service, hygiene standards, and applicable licensing regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the bar, kitchen, and service teams in a fast-paced, fine-dining setting.
- A qualification in hospitality, bartending, or mixology is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
