We’re Hiring: Business Development & IT Lead Generation Specialist specially using Upwork and LinkedIN – IT Services

Role: Business Development Executive / LinkedIn & upWork experts

Work Mode: Remote / WFH

Experience: 1-6 years preferred

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (Variable)

Incentives: High performance-based incentives on successful deal closures

JASIQ Labs is looking for a result-oriented Business Development skilled who can generate quality leads and help build a consistent sales pipeline for our software development services.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, email, and other channels

Manage and grow the company's Upwork profile/account

Identify relevant software development projects and submit high-quality proposals

Research potential clients and decision-makers

Specially making deals with overseas client

Initiate conversations and follow up with prospects consistently

Coordinate with the technical team for proposals, estimates, demos, and client discussions

Maintain proper lead and follow-up tracking

Work toward monthly lead generation and revenue targets

Explore new channels and strategies for acquiring international and Indian clients

What We’re Looking For





Strong experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation

Understanding of IT/software development services

Good written and verbal communication

Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into opportunities

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

Self-driven and comfortable working with measurable targets

Experience generating leads from the US, UK, UAE, Europe, or other international markets is a plus
