Role Description The Assistant Billing Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara Gujarat, India. This role involves assisting in the preparation and verification of project bills, preparing and updating BOQs, and supporting quantity surveying activities.
The Assistant Billing
Engineer will perform rate analysis, verify measurements, and ensure accurate billing in line with project contracts and company standards. The role also includes coordinating with project teams, maintaining billing records,
and supporting timely submission of invoices and related documentation. The individual will contribute to maintaining transparency in billing processes and supporting efficient project financial management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust skills in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying.
- Candidates should possess experience with Billing Systems and Rate Analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for reviewing data, measurements, and costs.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for preparing reports and billing documents.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management abilities.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with site and office teams.
