Role Description The Art Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the visual direction and creative execution across brand, digital, and experiential projects. This role oversees concept development, visual storytelling, and design quality, guiding designers and collaborators to deliver cohesive, high-standard work. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing creative concepts, creating and reviewing design assets, defining and maintaining design systems, and ensuring alignment with strategic brand objectives.

The Art

Director will collaborate closely with strategy and technology teams, present work to clients, incorporate feedback,



and manage timelines to ensure projects meet both creative and performance goals. This role also involves mentoring team members, refining processes, and contributing to the studio’s overall creative vision and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in visual design, art direction, and brand identity development, including creating and maintaining design systems.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative projects across digital experiences, marketing campaigns, and platform-based products.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, or similar).
- Ability to translate brand strategy into clear visual concepts, narratives, and guidelines that ensure consistency and impact.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with strategists, developers, and content teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills, including the ability to articulate design decisions and respond to feedback constructively.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines, with attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
- Experience mentoring or directing design teams, with a focus on quality, growth, and constructive critique.
- Knowledge of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
