- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
- Experience in managing and deploying device management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
- Robust knowledge of endpoint security and compliance policies within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues related to device management.
- Familiarity with cloud-based management platforms and integration with other Microsoft services.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
