About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in API and UI testing to support the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality engineering, automation, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Skills

- Core Java, Maven, Git, JIRA, Jenkins
- Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, Gherkin
- REST API Testing (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
- API & UI Automation Testing
- RAML, Message Schemas, Request-Response Mechanisms
- Quality Center (ALM)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
- Perform API and UI testing to ensure product quality, functionality, and performance.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks, scripts, and test documentation.
- Identify, log,



track, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
- Participate in test planning, execution, and reporting activities across multiple projects.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing processes, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Postman, REST Client, and Anypoint Platform.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in STUBs and Service Virtualization.
- Knowledge of the Retail Banking domain is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing and automation.
