About the Role

Buyers no longer start with ten blue links. They ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews. We are hiring an AIO Marketing Specialist to run AI Optimisation and AI-led growth marketing for our client accounts, so their brands become the names those engines recommend.

You will own AIO, SEO, content and campaigns across several client accounts at once, work directly with client stakeholders, and turn visibility into qualified leads and measurable results for each client.

Location: Noida, India (Hybrid) · Full time · Reports to: CEO

What You Will Do

- Audit each client's visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot and Google AI Overviews, and define the buyer prompts that matter for their market
- Build and run client AIO strategies so their brands are mentioned, cited and recommended in LLM answers
- Structure client websites for machine readability: schema markup, entity pages, FAQs, comparison pages and clear, citable answers
- Own technical and on-page SEO for client websites, working with our design and development teams on fixes and new pages
- Grow third-party authority for clients through publications, directories, review platforms, forums and industry listings
- Plan and produce AI-assisted content (blogs, case studies, landing pages, LinkedIn content) in each client's voice
- Run B2B and B2C campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads and email where the engagement includes paid growth
- Present monthly reports to clients on AI share of voice, AI-referred traffic, rankings, leads and cost per lead
- Help our sales team scope and price AIO engagements, and run audits for prospective clients





What We Are Looking For

- 3 to 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally at an agency or managing several brands at once
- Proven SEO results and a working understanding of how LLMs and AI Overviews select and cite sources
- Practical experience using generative AI tools for research, content and campaigns
- Confident client communication: running calls, presenting results and managing expectations
- Strong English writing, with the ability to adapt to different brand voices and explain technical topics simply
- Comfort with data: building reports and making decisions from them
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines independently

Valuable to Have

- Experience marketing technology, SaaS, healthcare, e-commerce or Web3 brands
- Familiarity with schema.org, structured data and basic HTML
- HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar CRM experience
- Exposure to US, UAE or European markets
- Basic design skills in Canva or Figma

What Success Looks Like

- 30 days: you own your first client accounts, with completed visibility audits and a 90-day plan for each
- 90 days: measurable brand mentions in AI answers for your clients, a steady content rhythm and live reporting
- 12 months: a portfolio of client wins in AI search that we can publish as case studies, and an AIO practice clients renew
