Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant / Senior Consultant

About the Role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant with strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), customer journey orchestration, audience segmentation, and personalization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign solutions that enable personalized, real-time, and cross-channel customer experiences.

You will work closely with marketing, product, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to build scalable customer journeys, audience strategies, and campaign automation capabilities using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, AEP, RTCDP, and Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Delivery

- Design, configure, implement, and optimize customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Develop and manage multi-step customer journeys across email, push notifications, SMS, and other digital channels using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Build and maintain customer journey orchestration strategies leveraging Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign.
- Configure journey logic, event-triggered journeys, personalization rules, decisioning logic, and audience activation in AJO.

Adobe Campaign Management
- Design, develop, and deploy campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
- Build and optimize campaign workflows, audience targeting strategies, segmentation logic, and communication plans using Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Support large-scale campaign execution, personalization, and marketing automation initiatives.

Adobe Experience Platform & Segmentation
- Collaborate with data teams to leverage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)



and Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) capabilities.
- Create and manage audience segments, customer profiles, and activation strategies.
- Utilize customer data for advanced personalization and customer journey optimization.

Customer Journey Optimization
- Monitor campaign and journey performance.
- Drive continuous improvements across customer journeys, audience engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and optimize customer journey experiences through Adobe technology solutions.

Agile Delivery & Leadership
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
- Mentor team members on Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, customer journey orchestration, and personalization best practices.
- Drive reusable frameworks, governance standards, documentation, and delivery excellence.

- 5-9 years of overall experience in digital marketing technology solutions.

- Experience working within Agile delivery models.
