Responsibilities

- Manual &
- Automation Testing Execution

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automation test cases based on project and business requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across web and AI-powered applications.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects, working closely with development and product teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and estimation to ensure adequate test coverage.

- Build, maintain, and enhance automation test frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Contribute to building reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation assets aligned with agentic and AI-driven testing strategies.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality feedback.
- AI Agent Collaboration &
- Agentic Testing
- Collaborate closely with AI agents and AI-driven tools as part of the day-to-day testing and quality assurance workflow.
- Design and implement agentic testing approaches, leveraging AI capabilities to drive intelligent, adaptive, and autonomous test execution.
- Evaluate the behavior, accuracy, and reliability of AI-based product features, including model outputs and AI agent responses.
- Quality Ownership &
- Continuous Improvement
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new AI-enabled testing tools, techniques, and best practices to improve QA efficiency.
- Document test plans, test cases, test results, and quality metrics clearly and consistently.
- Own quality outcomes end-to-end, proactively flagging risks, gaps, and edge cases.
- Collaboration &
- Agile Practices
- Work closely with developers, product owners,



and cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality status clearly to the wider team.

Qualifications and Required Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, covering both manual and automation testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and testing best practices.
- Proven experience designing and executing test cases, test plans, and test strategies.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git and Jenkins.
- Good working knowledge of AI-based products, tools, and platforms.
- Practical exposure to working with AI agents and understanding of agentic workflows.
- Ability to design and apply agentic testing approaches for evaluating AI-driven features and outputs.

- Understanding of prompt-based testing, model output validation, and AI behavior verification is a strong plus.
