The OpportunityWe are expanding our recruitment team across Chennai, Mumbai and Pune and are looking for experienced, technology-savvy recruitment professionals who understand how Artificial Intelligence is transforming talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, offer management and onboarding.
- Specialise in technical recruitment, particularly Oracle Cloud, ERP, HCM, Finance, IT, Data, AI and related technologies.
- Use AI-powered recruitment tools for candidate sourcing, CV screening, shortlisting, interview preparation and candidate assessments.
- Understand and apply AI-assisted interview techniques, structured assessments and candidate evaluation methods.
- Work closely with technical hiring managers to understand requirements, assess technical competencies and identify suitable candidates.




- Partner with the HR team to coordinate offers, joining formalities, employee onboarding and recruitment-related HR processes.
- Build strong talent pipelines and maintain effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously improve recruitment efficiency through automation, AI tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure that AI supports recruitment decisions while maintaining human oversight, fairness and a positive candidate experience.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in technical recruitment within IT services, consulting or technology organisations.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruitment, screening, interview preparation and candidate assessment.
- Good understanding of technical roles and the ability to engage confidently with technical hiring managers.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
- Experience working closely with HR teams and an understanding of broader HR processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
- A proactive mindset with an interest in exploring emerging AI technologies to improve recruitment outcomes.
