As an AI Engineer you will develop innovative software solutions within our Software and Product Innovation practice, focusing on designing, coding, and testing applications that support digital transformation and business performance. As a Senior Manager you will lead large workstreams, shape technical direction, and use sound judgment to guide teams through complexity while driving operational excellence and explicit communication with stakeholders. In this role at PwC, you will support client-facing delivery, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities and underlying issues, and coach diverse teams as they deliver software products and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

- Leading AI software engineering initiatives from design through deployment, coordinating technical direction across client engagements
- Advising clients on practical uses of machine learning, generative AI, and automation within software products and platforms
- Designing scalable application architectures, APIs, and integration patterns that support evolving business needs




- Overseeing development teams through code review, testing, debugging, and release management for complex software solutions
- Applying programming languages, cloud tools, and modern development frameworks to build and enhance intelligent applications
- Translating business requirements into technical roadmaps, delivery plans, and implementation approaches
- Validating model outputs, application behavior, and system performance against defined functional and technical requirements
- Guiding teams through ambiguous problems by using systems thinking, sound judgment, and clear technical communication
- Coaching team members on software engineering methods, delivery planning, and applied AI development practices
- Monitoring delivery risks, escalating blockers when needed, and driving resolution across cross-functional stakeholders

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 + years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
