About the Job

JSK Concrete is looking for an experienced Account & Finance Manager to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and statutory compliance. Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and the General Ledger.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor cash flow, cost control, and project profitability, particularly for batching plants and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, GST filings, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure.
- Manage billing cycles related to construction projects and client contracts.
- Handle inventory accounting for cement, aggregates, fuel, and other materials.




- Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP and accounting software such as SAP, Tally, or Oracle.
- Understanding of the construction or manufacturing industry; RMC experience is preferred.
- Expertise in cost accounting and project-based accounting.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
