Role Description The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renders and visualizations that accurately represent architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed 3D models, applying realistic materials and lighting, producing still images and walkthroughs, and collaborating closely with architects, designers, and project managers to refine visual outputs based on feedback. The role also involves interpreting drawings and client requirements, ensuring visual presentations align with project goals and brand standards, and preparing graphics and layouts for client presentations and marketing materials.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Visualization skills to translate architectural and interior concepts into compelling 3D renders and walkthroughs.
- Candidates should possess Graphics and Graphic Design skills to create clear, visually engaging presentations, layouts, and project documentation.
- Candidates should possess Lighting skills to set up realistic lighting scenarios that enhance mood, depth, and material accuracy in 3D visuals.
- Candidates should possess Drawing skills to understand and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and sketches for accurate 3D modeling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Experience in architectural and interior visualization for residential and commercial projects is preferred.
- Robust attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary design and project teams.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is advantageous.
