About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and technically capable individuals to join our team as Online Coding Instructors.

We are an online education company serving learners in the UK, specialising in coding, game development, and technology education for children. The role involves delivering engaging, personalised 1-to-1 online lessons and helping young learners develop practical technical skills through interactive projects.

Candidates with a strong foundation in coding and a genuine interest in teaching are encouraged to apply. Previous teaching experience is an advantage, but motivated freshers with the right skills and attitude are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging one-to-one online coding and game development lessons to children.
- Explain technical concepts clearly and patiently, adapting to each learner’s age and ability.
- Guide students through practical projects and encourage problem-solving and creativity.
- Follow the company’s curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching guidelines.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and clear communication with students and the team.
- Provide constructive feedback on students’ learning progress.

Skills and Requirements

- A basic understanding of programming or coding is a plus.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Scratch, or Python is an advantage.
- Robust spoken English and clear communication skills.
- Patience and the ability to explain concepts in a simple, student-friendly manner.
- A reliable computer, stable internet connection, and suitable environment for online teaching.
- Availability to work during UK afternoon and evening hours.
- A willingness to learn,



accept feedback, and follow structured teaching guidelines.

Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate the required technical knowledge, communication skills, and aptitude for teaching.

Work Environment

- Fully remote, part-time position.

Interview and Selection Process

Candidates will go through a three-stage selection process:

Round 1 – Initial Screening

A brief telephone conversation to understand the candidate’s background, interest in the role, availability, and overall suitability.

Round 2 – Communication and Subject Knowledge Assessment

A more detailed interview to assess spoken English, communication skills, coding knowledge, problem-solving ability, teaching approach, and suitability for 1-to-1 online instruction.

Round 3 – Live Teaching Demonstration

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to conduct a live teaching demonstration on an assigned topic. This round will assess their ability to explain concepts clearly, engage a learner, structure a lesson, and deliver an effective online teaching experience.
