Company - A well known retail FMCG Brand Job Location- Marine Lines Salary- 12,000/- to 40,000/- Per Month Job description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers, while consistently driving sales growth and achieving or exceeding set sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship building. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers in a friendly and empathetic manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing appropriate solutions. Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the root cause, escalating as necessary,



and ensuring a timely resolution. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns. Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and company policies. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Proactively identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
