Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive

We are hiring an Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to execute outbound communication campaigns for lead generation, prospect follow-up, and re-engagement. The role involves managing contact databases, preparing campaign messages, scheduling outreach, tracking responses, and supporting the generation of qualified business enquiries.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable handling bulk outreach, and able to maintain relevant, professional communication while keeping campaign records accurate and follow-ups consistent.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute cold email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns based on defined target audiences and business objectives
- Organize prospect contact lists and segment databases according to industry, location, business type, lead status, and other relevant criteria
- Prepare clear, professional, and relevant outreach messages aligned with campaign objectives
- Schedule and manage follow-up sequences for prospects who have not responded or have shown interest
- Run re-engagement campaigns for previously contacted, inactive, or interested prospects
- Maintain clean contact databases by checking for duplicate records, incomplete information, and outdated contact details
- Manage campaign execution using relevant email marketing platforms, WhatsApp Business tools, CRM systems, and other outreach software
- Track delivered messages, email bounces, replies, interested prospects, follow-up requirements, and campaign outcomes
- Identify and organize positive responses, qualified enquiries,



and potential business opportunities for the Sales and Business Development team
- Update lead status, conversation history, and next actions in spreadsheets or CRM systems
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure interested prospects receive timely follow-ups
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve message relevance, audience segmentation, response rates, and outreach effectiveness
- Maintain opt-out, suppression, and exclusion lists to prevent unwanted or repeated communication
- Follow applicable email and WhatsApp platform policies, privacy requirements, and approved outreach practices
- Maintain accurate campaign records and ensure consistent execution of daily outreach activities

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Previous experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, cold outreach, lead generation, CRM follow-up, or database marketing will be preferred.

Practical understanding of campaign execution, contact-list management, professional communication, and response tracking is important.
