We are seeking an entrepreneurial Co-Founder – Manufacturing & Operations who can take ownership of manufacturing strategy, operational planning, technology commercialisation and industrial partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience in solar manufacturing, electronics, advanced materials, semiconductor production or related industrial sectors, along with the ability to build a business from its early stages.looking for a dedicated and committed co-founder or working partner to join us in building our venture in advanced perovskite solar technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manufacturing and Production Develop a practical manufacturing strategy and phased production roadmap. Assess manufacturing equipment, facility requirements, production processes and capital expenditure. Establish manufacturing workflows, quality-control procedures and production standards. Identify suitable manufacturing facilities, technology partners and contract manufacturers. Plan the scale-up from prototype development to pilot production and commercial manufacturing.

2. Technology Commercialisation Work with the technical founder to translate perovskite solar technology into commercially viable products. Coordinate product development, testing,



reliability assessment and performance validation. Establish collaborations with research institutions, laboratories and industrial technology providers. Support intellectual property protection, technology transfer and product certification.

Preferred Candidate Profile Experience with photovoltaic manufacturing, thin-film technologies, perovskite materials, tandem solar cells or related emerging technologies. Experience establishing pilot plants, production lines or industrial partnerships. A solid network in the renewable energy or advanced manufacturing ecosystem. Willingness to take entrepreneurial ownership and work in an early-stage venture. Ability to contribute through execution, industry relationships, manufacturing
