Role Overview:
We have an immediate need for an experienced NetSuite SuiteProjects Consultant with hands-on experience in the NetSuite WIP module/functionality used with SuiteProjects.
The consultant will support project accounting, project costing, WIP, billing, revenue, and related SuiteProjects processes, and should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders on configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support NetSuite SuiteProjects.
- Support project setup, project accounting, time and expense, project costing, billing, and revenue-related processes.
- Configure and troubleshoot WIP functionality associated with SuiteProjects.
- Work with business and finance teams to understand project accounting and WIP requirements.
- Perform requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Review and optimize existing SuiteProjects configurations and workflows.
- Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
- Assist with project cost recognition, WIP balances, billing, and financial reconciliation.
- Document functional configurations, business processes, and solution recommendations.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong hands-on NetSuite SuiteProjects experience.




- Experience configuring and supporting SuiteProjects / Project Management / Project Accounting.
- Hands-on familiarity with the NetSuite WIP functionality/module built for or used with SuiteProjects.
- Robust understanding of:
- Project costing
- Work in Process (WIP)
- Project billing
- Time and expense
- Revenue recognition / project financials
- Experience with NetSuite configuration and functional troubleshooting.
- Strong client-facing and requirements-gathering skills.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, and production issues.

Preferred Skills:

- NetSuite ERP financials experience.
- Experience with Advanced Revenue Management or project revenue processes.
- Saved Searches and reporting knowledge.
- Experience with SuiteFlow/workflows.
- NetSuite implementation or optimization experience.
- NetSuite certification is a plus.

Ideal Candidate:
A functional NetSuite SuiteProjects consultant who has personally worked with project WIP configuration and project accounting, rather than a general NetSuite consultant with only limited SuiteProjects exposure.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year

Experience:

- NetSuite SuiteProjects: 2 years (Required)
- supporting testing, UAT, and production issues.: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

- NetSuite certification (Required)
