No Cap Creative is a creative and digital marketing agency working with brands across multiple industries. We're looking for an organised, proactive individual who can manage social media operations, coordinate teams, handle client relationships and ensure projects are executed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Manage client accounts, content calendars, posting schedules and day-to-day social media activities.
- Client Management: Handle client communication, feedback, approvals and follow-ups.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate content strategists, video editors, graphic designers and other team members.
- Content Planning: Ensure ideation, scripting, shoots, editing and posting stay on schedule.
- Shoot Coordination: Plan shoot dates, manage logistics and direct shoots when required.
- Project Management: Assign tasks, track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of client work.
- Quality Control: Review deliverables and ensure they meet client requirements and agency standards.
- Operations & Reporting: Resolve day-to-day issues, identify bottlenecks and keep founders updated on project progress.

What We're Looking For





- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in social media management and client handling.
- Understanding of Instagram, reels, content creation and digital marketing workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Solid planning, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude with a sense of ownership and accountability.

Job Details

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Work Mode: In-office, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana
- Paid Leave: 1 day per month
- Notice Period: 1 month
