We are looking for an experienced and energetic Soft Skills Trainer to conduct classroom-based soft skills and employability training for our students in Bhopal.
Job Summary
The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured, practical and engaging training sessions that prepare students for job interviews, workplace communication and professional environments.
The trainer will work batch-wise and will be paid on a per-batch basis, depending on the batch duration, training requirements and agreed commercial terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct soft skills training sessions for students in classroom/offline mode.
- Improve students' verbal and written communication skills.
- Train students in professional communication and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct interview preparation and mock interview sessions.
- Develop students' confidence and professional personality.
- Train students in HR interview techniques and common interview questions.

- Coordinate with the ITCampusGuru training/placement team regarding student performance.
- Maintain professional discipline and punctuality during training sessions.
- Customize training according to the students' skill level and placement requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- Prior experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Personality Development Trainer or Employability Skills Trainer.
- Strong command of English communication.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to train students from diverse educational backgrounds.
- Strong understanding of corporate recruitment and interview processes.
- Ability to conduct engaging practical sessions rather than only theoretical lectures.
- Comfortable conducting mock interviews and providing individual feedback.
- Candidates with experience in IT training institutes, colleges, placement training or corporate training will be preferred.
