About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, finance, administrative, and HR activities. The candidate should have knowledge of interior fit-out and construction accounting, statutory compliance, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Handle GST reconciliation, TDS calculations, and statutory filings.
- Process employee salaries, reimbursements, and payroll records.
- Maintain accounting records, ledgers, and financial documentation.

HR & Administration

- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Handle payroll coordination and employee reimbursements.
- Manage office administration, stationery, and other operational requirements.




- Maintain HR records and support employee-related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in accounting, finance, administration, and HR operations.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out, construction is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Good understanding of HR processes, employee records, and office administration.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive Communication and Client facing experience.
- Qualification: B.com/ M.com /MBA
