Are you a business development qualified who knows how to turn creative capabilities into revenue-generating opportunities?

Kalypso Media Masti LLP is looking for an entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven professional to grow our business, explore all possible revenue streams, and build strategic partnerships across India and international markets.

About Us

We operate at the intersection of animation, AI-powered content creation, storytelling, and digital media. Our work spans animated series, AI-generated and animated micro-dramas, short- and long-format content, original IP creation for social media, OTT, television, and other platforms, as well as AI, digital advertisements, and corporate films.

We are entering the creative field of hybrid AI/2D/3D animation production for the promotion of brands and their mascots through transformative storytelling—bringing campaigns, products, and brand universes to life through a continuous and faster stream of engaging content.

We also own copyrighted animated characters, including snack-inspired characters with exciting potential for FMCG brand partnerships, brand mascots, integrated storytelling, product placements, and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Business & Revenue Growth: Identify and generate business from all possible revenue sources across our content, IPs, and creative services in domestic and international markets.
- Brand Partnerships & IP Monetisation: Pitch our characters and IPs to FMCG brands, agencies, and advertisers for brand integrations, licensing, mascots, and campaigns.
- OTT & Media Partnerships: Pitch original content to OTT platforms, TV channels, digital platforms,



and media networks for commissioning, licensing, distribution, and co-production.
- Production & Studio Business: Secure animation and AI content assignments, job-work, outsourcing, and co-production opportunities from studios, production houses, and agencies.
- Digital Media Ads & Commercials: Develop business for animated and live-action digital advertisements, commercials, corporate films, explainers, walkthroughs, and other content formats.
- New Business Opportunities: Build strategic relationships, develop commercial proposals, negotiate deals, and convert opportunities into revenue.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within animation, media, entertainment, advertising, digital content, or production.
- Strong pitching, negotiation, networking, and deal-closing skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded professional who can independently identify opportunities and drive business.
- Experience with FMCG brands, IP licensing, co-productions, animation outsourcing, OTT, or international business will be an advantage.
