At Selections HR, we partner with leading organizations to help them hire for permanent roles across industries. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS regularly.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
- Support recruiters and account managers in fulfilling client requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 8 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Work Requirements:
- Personal laptop for official use.
- Stable and high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
