? Experience: 5–6 Years
? Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred
? Industry: Commercial Real Estate / Office Leasing
? Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source commercial office spaces available for lease across key business locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, and local brokers.
- Conduct market surveys to identify new vacancies, upcoming properties, and off-market opportunities.
- Evaluate properties based on location, area, rental value, amenities, and availability.
- Maintain an updated property database with accurate details in CRM.
- Coordinate site visits and support the leasing team in closing business opportunities.
- Track market rentals, sourcing targets, and weekly market updates.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5–6 years of experience in commercial real estate, office leasing, or property sourcing.
- Robust knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Existing connections with landlords and commercial property brokers will be an added advantage.
