? Position: BUSINESS ANALYST
? Experience: 5–10 Years
We are looking for a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with solid Life Insurance domain experience to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
? Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and prepare BRD, BRS and FRS documents.
- Understand Life Insurance products, policy administration, underwriting and policy servicing.
- Coordinate with business, development and testing teams.
- Support product implementation, enhancements, SDLC, UAT and production deployment.
- Use SQL for data validation and understand APIs, web services and integrations.
✅ Key Requirements
- 5–10 years of total experience, with at least 3 years as a Life Insurance Business Analyst.
- Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs and SDLC.
- Experience with Ingenium, Life Asia, McCamish or similar insurance platforms is preferred.
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent technical qualification.
