Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google Ads Expert based in Navi Mumbai. The Google Ads Expert will plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and other formats to meet performance and ROI targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword research, writing and testing ad copy, setting up audience targeting, managing bidding strategies, and monitoring campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools. The role involves analyzing data, preparing performance reports, recommending improvements,



and collaborating with sales, marketing, and client-facing teams to align campaigns with business objectives. The Google Ads Expert is also expected to stay current with Google Ads best practices, platform updates, and industry trends to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications

- Robust expertise in Google Ads campaign management, including Search, Display, and Video advertising.
- Proficiency in keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
- Experience with performance tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, reporting dashboards).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts such as conversion optimization, landing page best practices, and remarketing.
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present clear performance reports to stakeholders.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification in Google Ads or Google Marketing Platform is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an outsourcing, BPO, or performance-driven digital marketing environment is an advantage.
