Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Mumbai. The Physiotherapist will assess patients, interpret clinical findings, and develop individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as appropriate. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed physical examinations, documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on outcomes, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The role involves close collaboration with other clinicians to ensure coordinated care, maintaining accurate records, and upholding clinic protocols and safety standards.



The Physiotherapist is expected to contribute to a positive, respectful environment and support continuous improvement in patient care.

Qualifications

- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT) and valid professional registration/licensure as required in the region.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities, with experience managing musculoskeletal, orthopedic, or neurological conditions.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and use of common physiotherapy modalities plus advanced assessment tools manual and digital and all digital form of modalities.
- Ability to clearly explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs to patients in an understandable and empathetic manner.
- Good documentation and organizational skills, including maintaining accurate clinical notes and managing appointment schedules.
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and to adapt in a fast-paced clinical workplace.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development through courses, workshops, or self-directed learning.
- Prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred; familiarity with sports rehab or geriatric care is an advantage.
