Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design & Estimation / Engineer and Manager role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves designing fire and security systems in accordance with applicable standards, preparing technical drawings, and developing system layouts and integration plans. The individual will estimate project costs, prepare bills of quantities, and support proposal development in collaboration with sales and project teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, reviewing project specifications, overseeing technical documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of design and estimation outputs. The role also includes supporting project execution, resolving technical issues,



and guiding team members to maintain quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Engineering Management and Project Management skills to oversee design, estimation, and implementation activities.
- Proven Team Leadership and Integration capabilities to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure system interoperability.
- Familiarity with Software Development or configuration of relevant design, estimation, and integration tools used in fire and security systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in fire and security system design, estimation, or related engineering roles, preferably in building services or industrial projects.
- Working knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NFPA, local fire safety norms) and ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Proficiency in CAD or design software, MS Office, and documentation tools; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site in Mumbai.
