*Purchase Executive* with 3+ year of work experience in required at a *reputed real estate organisation* located at *Andheri, Mumbai*

*Candidates with experience in purchase management, preferably in the real estate & hotel industry, will be preferred.*

JD:

* *Handle procurement of construction materials* and other project-related requirements

* *Obtain and compare vendor quotations* to negotiate competitive prices and payment terms

* *Coordinate with vendors and site teams* to ensure timely material deliveries

* *Prepare purchase orders* against approved material indents

* *Identify and manage vendors* to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and reliable supplies

* *Track purchase orders, deliveries, and pending supplies* to avoid project delays

* *Maintain purchase records, quotation comparisons, invoices, and procurement MIS*

Salary - *Rs 9.5 lakh per annum (can be increased slightly)*
