Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Mira Bhayandar. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Assetwise Business Consultants’ services, explain offerings, and generate qualified leads. This will also include cold calling. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling appointments for consultants or Founders, maintaining accurate call records, and following up with leads to support the sales pipeline. The role includes handling basic customer inquiries, sharing information about services,



and transferring qualified prospects to the appropriate team members. The Telemarketer will work closely with the sales and consulting teams to meet call targets, support campaigns, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with prospects and clients over the phone.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service skills to manage calendars, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and support conversion of prospects into clients.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with CRM tools or spreadsheets, is beneficial.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, call centers, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Mira Bhayandar, meet performance targets, and adhere to call scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
