? Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
- Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets, retargeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative and e-commerce teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and paid media.
- Robust expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or D2C industry is preferred.
