Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior works at project locations. The role involves coordinating and monitoring activities such as carpentry, gypsum work, partitions, electrical, plumbing, painting, polishing, and related civil works to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms. The Interior Site Supervisor will manage site teams and contractors, supervise material usage and inventory,



and track project progress against schedules and budgets. This position requires regular reporting to project managers and designers, resolving in office issues, and ensuring timely completion of milestones while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Ability to supervise interior site activities including carpentry, gypsum work, partitions, painting, polishing, and basic civil works.
- Knowledge of building services such as electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and related safety and compliance standards.
- Competence in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, interior layouts, and technical specifications.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary site teams to meet project timelines.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills for handling multiple tasks on active sites.
- Effective communication skills for clear reporting, documentation, and professional interaction with clients and project stakeholders.
- Prior experience in interior contracting, fit-out projects, or construction site supervision, preferably in commercial or corporate environments.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; relevant certifications in site management or safety are an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and visit multiple project locations as required.
