Position Overview

* Role: Lead Generation Specialist / Sales closer

* Process: International B2B & B2C Lead Generation

* Location: West Delhi (Janakpuri / Kirti Nagar / Rajouri Garden area – easily accessible by Metro)

* Shift Timings: Early Morning Shift

* Employment Type: Full time, In-office

Key Responsibilities

* Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound cold calls, send targeted emails, and follow up on warm leads across various Australian territories.

* Lead Qualification:



Identify decision-makers, map out client needs, and evaluate budgets to ensure leads meet our strict criteria.

* Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for our onshore sales consulting team.

* Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses within the CRM system.

* Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volume metrics, weekly qualified lead quotas, and monthly conversion goals.

Required Skills & Experience

* Industry Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience specifically working in an Australian Lead Generation process (B2B preferred, B2C considered).
