We are partnering with a premium, fast-growing gourmet food and lifestyle brand that is redefining the way India experiences food, retail, and hospitality.

With a distinctive offering across gourmet retail, artisanal bakery, specialty coffee, all-day dining, fresh food, and wellness, the brand is expanding its presence and building high-performing teams across locations.

We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner – Stores to own the people agenda across store operations in Delhi NCR, working closely with business leaders to drive workforce readiness, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering: Partner with store leadership and operations teams to align people priorities with business objectives.

• Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning: Drive end-to-end hiring across frontline, specialist, supervisory, and store leadership positions.

• New Store Openings: Lead manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and people readiness for upcoming store launches.

• Employee Relations & Engagement: Build employee trust, address grievances, strengthen workplace culture, and drive retention initiatives.

• Performance & Leadership Development: Support performance reviews, leadership capability building,



role clarity, and accountability across stores.

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, probation, confirmations, transfers, documentation, and exit processes.

• HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure accurate employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, policy adherence, and statutory compliance.

• People Analytics: Monitor hiring turnaround time, attrition, absenteeism, workforce productivity, and other key HR metrics to drive informed decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in Retail, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, QSR, or other frontline-intensive businesses.

• Proven experience managing HR across multiple stores or locations.

• Robust expertise in frontline recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, and retention.

• Exposure to new store openings, rapid expansion, and large-scale team mobilisation will be an advantage.

• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

• A hands-on skilled comfortable with frequent store visits and close collaboration with frontline teams.

Someone who goes beyond traditional desk-based HR, understands store-level realities, builds strong relationships with employees and leaders, and translates people initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
