Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Legal Associate with a robust background in commercial property leasing, real estate transaction advisory, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) transactions. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal support, reviewing and drafting agreements, conducting due diligence, and ensuring legal compliance across real estate projects and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial property lease agreements, leave and license agreements, and other real estate contracts.
- Provide legal advisory and transaction support for real estate projects, including PPP transactions.
- Conduct legal due diligence of properties, title documents, lease deeds, and related agreements.
- Review and interpret contracts, tender documents, concession agreements, and transaction-related legal documentation.
- Advise on legal risks, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with government authorities, clients, consultants,



and internal stakeholders on legal and transactional matters.
- Support contract negotiations, documentation, and execution of real estate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, government regulations, and contractual requirements.

Required Qualifications

- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in real estate law, commercial leasing, transaction advisory, and/or PPP transactions.
- Strong knowledge of commercial property leasing, contract drafting, legal due diligence, and transaction documentation.
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating complex legal agreements.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with real estate consultancy firms, infrastructure companies, law firms, or organizations handling PPP projects.
- Practical exposure to commercial real estate transactions and government-related projects.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions independently and provide effective legal support to stakeholders.
