Key Responsibilities

- Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch workflow, cash handling, audits, and service delivery.
- Business Growth: Drive targets for Current and Savings Account (CASA) growth, yield, cross-selling, and revenue generation.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor branch sales and service staff.
- Customer Relations: Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and resolve escalations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 12 to 20 years of core branch banking experience with team-handling exposure.
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
- Core Competencies: Robust leadership, business acumen, local market knowledge, and regulatory compliance awareness
