Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Train High Gym in Delhi. This position is responsible for engaging prospective and existing members, explaining membership options, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include greeting walk-in inquiries, making follow-up calls and messages, conducting gym tours, and presenting membership plans in a clear and compelling way. The Sales Specialist maintains accurate records of leads and conversions, coordinates with trainers and front-desk staff to ensure a smooth member onboarding experience,



and supports promotional activities and events. The role also involves handling basic customer service questions, collecting feedback, and suggesting improvements to sales and outreach processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with members and prospects.
- Proven Sales experience, with ability to meet targets and convert leads into memberships.
- Experience in Sales Management or exposure to managing pipelines, tracking performance, or supporting sales campaigns.
- Training or coaching skills to explain fitness offerings clearly and guide new members through onboarding.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
- Basic understanding of fitness or wellness services; prior experience in a gym or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools or spreadsheets for lead tracking and reporting.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
