The Territory Manager – Sales (Retail) will lead NEDS' B2C sales efforts throughout the Delhi NCR region. Reporting to the Trade Sales head, you will develop and execute retail strategies, nurture a network of primary and secondary dealers, and ensure the company's electrical and digital solutions achieve market penetration and revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a territory sales plan aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and manage primary and secondary retail partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Delhi NCR B2C market.
- Conduct market analysis to spot trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
- Lead promotional campaigns and product launches in retail outlets.
- Provide training and support to dealer sales teams on product features and selling techniques.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure product availability.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- MBA or a technical degree (Engineering/Electrical) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of B2C retail sales experience, preferably in electrical or digital products.
- Proven track record in primary and secondary sales channel management.
- Exceptional convincing and negotiation skills.
- Highly adaptive with a proactive, initiative‑driven mindset.
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of the Indian retail landscape and consumer behavior.
