Role Description The Part Time AI Freelance Trainer will design and deliver classroom training sessions on Artificial Intelligence topics for learners at SNVA Group’s Delhi, India location. This temporary, on-site role involves preparing lesson plans, developing instructional materials, and presenting complex AI concepts in a transparent, practical, and engaging manner. The trainer will guide learners through hands-on exercises, projects, and case studies, provide feedback on assignments, and support participants in building job-ready AI skills.



The role also includes updating course content to reflect current industry practices, collaborating with internal teams on curriculum improvements, and maintaining training records and learner progress reports.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence and related areas such as machine learning, deep learning, data science, or natural language processing.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training or teaching, preferably in AI or software development.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Familiarity with common AI tools, frameworks, or programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interactive, classroom-based instruction.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, lesson plans, and learner evaluations within a temporary, part-time engagement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior industry experience in AI projects, research, or product development will be considered an advantage.
