ABOUT US

essbees is a new social wellness club coming to Defence Colony, New Delhi.

Three spaces, one roof: a Lagree studio, a recovery zone with saunas and ice plunges, and a Japanese-inspired restaurant and bar.

A place to move, recover, eat, and stay a little longer.

We’re still putting the finishing touches on the space. The machines are on their way, the team is coming together, and our Instagram has exactly zero posts.

That’s where YOU come in.

THE ROLE

Content & Social Media Intern

Most internships hand you a brand that’s already built. This one gives you the opportunity to help build one.

You’ll be part of the _essbees_ journey from day zero, documenting everything from the behind-the-scenes chaos to the first Lagree class, the first matcha, and the first guests through our doors.

Your job? Make people curious about essbees before they’ve even stepped inside.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Create and edit reels, stories, and posts that bring the essbees world to life.

* Capture the build-out, the people, the details, and everything happening behind the scenes.

* Help shape our content calendar, from pre-launch teasers to launch week and beyond.

* Write captions with personality. Warm, witty, sharp. Never forced.

* Engage with our community through DMs, comments, and conversations.

* Spot emerging trends, bring fresh ideas, and experiment with new formats.

* Assist on shoots with photographers, creators, and the founding team.

* Track content performance and help us understand what resonates.





YOU’LL FIT RIGHT IN IF…

* You’re already creating content, whether for yourself, a brand, or just for fun.

* You know your way around CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar tools.

* You have a strong visual eye and a natural instinct for positive storytelling.

* You understand the difference between having taste and trying too hard.

* You’re interested in wellness, movement, food, design, or culture.

* You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Bonus points if you know Delhi’s creator, café, and wellness scene, or already know a thing or two about Lagree.
