? We're Hiring: Performance Marketer – Meta & Google Ads
At Ayumcure, we're building science-backed Ayurveda brands and scaling our D2C business. We're looking for a performance marketer who can turn ad spend into profitable growth.
? Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
? Experience: 3–4 years
What you'll do:
? Plan, launch & scale campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
? Run Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, YouTube & Shopping
? Own ROAS, CPA, CAC and conversion targets
? Test creatives, hooks, audiences and landing pages
? Set up & monitor tracking — Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, GTM
? Share clear daily/weekly performance reports
What we're looking for:
✅ 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads budgets
✅ Robust understanding of funnels, retargeting & attribution
✅ Good with Excel / Google Sheets and GA4
✅ Creative sense — you know what makes an ad stop the scroll
✅ Health, wellness, beauty or D2C experience is a big plus
