About the Role

DOT IT SERVICES is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern who can create engaging content, design professional creatives, manage social media accounts, and assist in running paid advertising campaigns.

We are looking for someone who understands that digital marketing is not just about posting content — it's about generating engagement, qualified leads, and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Creation

- Research industry trends, competitors, and content ideas.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and calls to action in English.
- Create professional designs using Canva or similar tools.
- Prepare and maintain monthly content calendars.

2. Social Media Management

- Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Maintain consistent branding and posting schedules.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and inquiries.
- Improve content performance based on analytics.

3. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

- Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Support Google Ads campaigns when required.
- Research target audiences and competitors.
- Create advertising creatives and compelling ad copy.
- Monitor campaign budgets,



leads, and cost per lead.
- Assist in optimizing campaigns for better results.

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Track reach, engagement, website traffic, and leads.
- Prepare weekly performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate lead and campaign records.

Required Skills

- Good English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.
- Ability to write professional English captions, advertising copy, and messages.
- Good working knowledge of Canva.
- Basic practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Ability to design creatives and edit short videos.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics is an advantage.

Laptop Requirement

Candidates must have their own laptop and bring it to the office during the internship.

Upon successful completion of the internship and selection for continued full-time employment, DOT IT SERVICES will provide a company-issued laptop for official work.
