About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer & AI-Driven Video Editor who can transform raw footage, architectural renders, and creative concepts into high-quality visual content using professional editing and AI tools.

More than 80% of our clients belong to the real estate industry, including builders, developers, and real estate agents. Experience in real estate marketing, property videos, and project launch campaigns will be a strong advantage.

We need someone who understands not just editing, but also storytelling, visual quality, brand positioning, and creating content that delivers results.

Key Responsibilities

- AI-Driven Video Production: Transform raw footage, architectural renders, and existing visuals into engaging videos using AI-powered tools.
- Real Estate Project Launch Videos: Create premium launch films, property showcase videos, walkthroughs, and promotional videos.
- AI Render-to-Video: Convert static architectural renders into realistic, cinematic videos using AI tools.
- Raw Footage-to-AI: Enhance and transform raw footage into polished, engaging visual content using traditional editing and AI workflows.
- Ad Campaign Creatives: Produce high-converting video ads for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Graphic Designing: Design social media creatives, advertisements, campaign visuals, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Personal Branding: Create professional video content and graphics for founders, business leaders, and real estate professionals.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage content for social media pages while maintaining brand consistency.
- Creative Execution:



Deliver high-quality projects on time while maintaining strong attention to detail, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.

We are open to candidates who use alternative professional tools, provided they can deliver excellent results and work confidently with their preferred workflow.

Who Should Apply?

- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Robust experience in professional video editing, from raw footage to final render.
- Practical experience with AI-generated videos, image-to-video workflows, and render-to-video production.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion, storytelling, and graphic design skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing creatives, advertising formats, and social media content.
- Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality.
