1. Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the design, sampling, production, quality and warehouse teams.
- Handle new product development, garment samples and style-wise product details.
- Prepare and maintain style codes, SKU details, size charts and product specifications.
- Coordinate fabric, accessories, labels, tags and packaging requirements.
- Follow up on production status and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain daily production, sampling and order status reports in MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to check stock availability and material requirements.
- Ensure garments meet the required quality standards before dispatch.
- Coordinate product photography, catalogue preparation and product information for e-commerce portals, wherever required.
- Maintain proper records of samples, production details, pending orders and dispatches.
- Identify production delays and coordinate with the concerned departments to resolve issues.
- Share regular work updates and pending task reports with management.

2. Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of garments, fabrics,



stitching and garment manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple styles and orders simultaneously.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

3. Qualification & Experience

- Graduate or Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising or a related field preferred.
- Experience in garment merchandising or apparel manufacturing preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.

4. Reporting To

Merchandising Manager / Production Manager / Management.

5. Key Performance Expectations

- Timely completion of assigned tasks and orders.
- Accurate product and style-wise records.
- Proper coordination between departments.
- Minimum errors in product details and production requirements.
- Timely reporting of pending work and production delays.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
