We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with an experience of minimum 2 years, to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, Interior Drawings and details.
- Develop detailed drawings as per the checklist provided.
- Prepare floor plans, furniture layouts, door/window schedules, and other architectural details.
- Convert architectural concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
- Prepare drawings for residential, commercial, and other retail interior projects.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other engineering drawings.
- Make necessary revisions to drawings based on the team & site requirements.
- Take site measurements and prepare as-built drawings when required.
- Assist Studio Architects with design documentation and presentations.
- Prepare drawings for approvals and submission to relevant authorities, when required.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of all assigned drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

- Degree in Architecture.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp,



Photoshop will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Timely submission of drawings and revisions.
- Effective coordination with the team.
- Compliance with Studio working Standards & processes.
- Ability to minimize drawing errors and rework.
