About us

Nattika Ayurveda Retreats is an Ayurveda hospitality group that owns and operates three establishments in Kerala: The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort (Thrissur), Rockholm at the Light House Beach (Kovalam) and Safire Residency (Trivandrum), with further retreats in Germany and Honduras. Purchasing for all three Kerala units is run centrally from our City Office in Killipallam, Trivandrum.

The role

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day purchases, stock management and inventory inputs from our City Office, primarily for Rockholm at the Light House Beach and Safire Residency in Trivandrum, with support to The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort. You will coordinate closely with the resort teams every day and prepare daily reports for management. You will report to the General Manager and City Office Manager.

Responsibilities

- Collect daily requisitions from the units and convert them into purchase orders
- Source perishables, dry goods, housekeeping, maintenance and Ayurveda supplies at the best price, quality and lead time
- Maintain the vendor list; negotiate rates, credit terms and delivery schedules
- Arrange and track deliveries to each unit; resolve short supplies and returns the same day




- Verify vendor bills against POs and goods received before passing to Accounts
- Maintain stock registers and par levels; enter receipts, issues, transfers and wastage in the stock system
- Conduct monthly physical stock counts at the units and reconcile variances
- Prepare a daily purchase and stock report for the General Manager and City Office Manager
- Prepare monthly consumption and cost reports per unit and department
- Supervise City Office purchase/store staff, drivers and delivery vehicles

Requirements

- 5+ years in purchasing or stores, with at least 2 years in hotels, resorts, hospitals or multi-unit F&B;
- Working knowledge of inventory/materials management software and strong Excel skills
- Experience with perishables, F&B; stores and multi-location deliveries
- Good spoken and written English and Malayalam; confident dealing with unit heads, chefs and vendors
- Experience leading a small team and running a daily reporting routine
- Graduate (hotel management, commerce or supply chain preferred)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Trivandrum; valid driving licence

Preferred

- Knowledge of Ayurveda raw materials and suppliers
- Familiarity with FSSAI and GST documentation
- Vendor network in Trivandrum and Thrissur
